Britt's Goals

I'm going to place this topic here so that I can review my progress in my journey to become thin and proper sized. When a goal has been reached I'll post another reply to this topic that states my next goal. I've also made a ticker to help me keep track of my progress. I don't have a lot of time to exercise and I'm new to this so I thought I should start out small and give myself more time. I'd like to start off small so to begin my goals I'll be doing this:

Goal #1
Go from 140 pounds to 130 pounds in at least a month.
Total weight loss goal is 10 pounds.
