Turn the Wii Fit into a Real Step

Hi all, Just wanted to share a tip with you on how to max out your daily workout when performing the "Free Step" and the "Areobics Step" routines. I created a wood platform exactly the same size as the Wii Fit, which gave me a 4.5 inch height. The difference is incredible. Once I got used to the new height I added 3lbs. weights to the free step routine for 30 minutes. I perform arm curls with the weights each time I step onto the Fit. My T-shirt becomes soaked in sweat. F.Y.I., After 8 weeks of eating healthy and daily Wii Fit workouts of 1 hour + I have lost 19lbs. I have 15lbs. more to loose to get where I want to be.
